INSANE SOLDIERS -- Barney McKEON, a soldier of the 4th regiment of California Volunteers went crazy on the 13th instant and was sent to the Asylum from Sacramento. 2 other U.S. soldiers afflicted with insanity were conveyed to the same institution recently from Los Angeles.
