Sister Mary N. (Terence) McKeon, OSF, of The Sisters of St. Francis of Mary Immaculate, Joliet, died Jan. 28, 2007, at the age of 92. She was a member of the Joliet Franciscans for 74 years. Born in Chicago, she was preceded in death by her parents, sister and brothers. Survived by sisters, Kathleen Wilkeson and Dolores Eifel; nieces, nephews and her Joliet Franciscan sisters. Sister Mary's educational career as teacher and principal spanned seven decades. She served at Sacred Heart (Englewood) and taught at Annunciata School, both in Chicago. The wake will be at Our Lady of Angels Retirement Home, 1201 Wyoming Avenue, Joliet, IL (Wyoming and Rt. 30) on Thursday, Feb. 1, 2007, from 2 to 6:45 p.m., with a Prayer Service at 4:45 p.m. and Mass of Christian Burial at 7 p.m. Burial will be Friday, Feb. 2, at 9 a.m. from Our Lady of Angels to Resurrection Cemetery in Romeoville, IL.
