bernard mckeon born 1856 ireland was the son of james mckeon,occupation a stonemason.as far as i know, bernard was a brother to james 1839 ireland, andrew 1840 ireland, and william 1951 ireland. on the 1871 cencus william,bernard,james and andrew were all cleric students at st marys london,jesuits college,putney. in 1891 cencus was now an observatory assistant at stonyhurst college,clitheroe.james was an unpaid servant at same college. on the 1901 cencus william was now a lay brother at stonyhurst college.bernard married mary cahill,born 1859 ireland.they married 13th feb 1877 in salford.they then went onto have 13 children;arthur edwold mckeon 1878 m/c. ernest 1879 m/c who died age 12yrs. james 1882 m/c,he died age 4 wks. clara 1883 m/c, william 1886 m/c, bernard 1887 died age 1yr m/c, joseph 1890 salford, margaret,known as peg 1891 m/c, florence 1894 m/c, helen,known as nellie 1897 m/c, winnifred 1899 m/c, and thomas 13th jan 1902 old trafford,(he was my grandad). does anyone have any clues as to where james,andrew, william and bernard came from in ireland?or does any one have any of these in their tree? bernards wife ,mary cahill has her father noted as morris cahill, a bread maker.would love any help possible.thankyou lesley
