I am looking for my great grandfather's family: Patrick MCKEON married Julia CLISHAM abt. 1899 in Currane, Ballyvary, County Mayo. They had six children:
Anna Catherine b. 1900
Mary (Mae) b. 1901
John b. 1902
Patrick Joseph b. 4 Mar 1904 (grandfather)
Michael b. 1905
Briget (Bea) b. 1908
All but Michael emigrated to New York. Most moved to Oceanside, San Diego, CA and all are deceased.
Michael married Anna Mary Gavin b. 1915. She d. 1985. They had ten children, all boys, between 1936-1956. They are (in birth order)Sean, Patrick Michael, William Thomas, James, Peter, Vincent, Timothy and Martin.
If anyone knows of this family, please contact me. Not only are we working on our genealogy, we are trying to reach them to arrange for a reunion.
