You could post your question on the Oklahoma State GenForum and the County GenForum if you know it. You can check on the OK GenWeb to find out what Ccunty Hugo is in.
Be sure to put Vigilante in the Subject.
You might also read some OK history because it wasn't a state until well after 1870 and some years it is shown as Indian Territory.
The McKenzie family my kids are attached to go back to 1773 in SC (where their name was McKinsey) and from there to Ohio, Indiana and then to Texas.
