Hello. My ancestor was Daniel McKenney, who married Mary Ridlon on 4-16-1846 in Maine. He was born in 1825 in Saco ME, and died on 11-13-1851 in Saco, some say lost at sea. Daniel was the son of Jeremiah & Ruth (Haines) McKenney. Since little is known out there about his wife, Mary, who is also my ancestor, I would like to publish it here. She was born in 1825 Hollis ME, daughter of John and Lucy (Smith) Ridlon. She and Daniel had three children, marcia Ellen, b. Feb. 1847 in Saco, who married Adoniram Davis 2-10-1868 in newburyport, MA; Daniel b. April 1851 Saco, who died 8-10-1851 in Saco; and Noah G. McKenney, b. June 1852 who died 9-10-1852 in Saco. Mary married (2) Thomas Dyer on 5-2-1854 in York Co., ME, who died before 11-10-1855 when she married (3) Charles Leonard Drowne. mary died 11-19-1905 in Worcester MA and is buried in the Davis plot in Westborough under the name Mary Drowne. I hope this is of help to someone. Maggie
