Moran's from Fermanagh and Donegal
Posted by: James Moran (ID *****8709) Date: January 26, 2012 at 14:17:43
  of 1769

Doing research on Thomas Moran and Alice Hererin/ Herron/ Hereron etc. They came from County Fermanagh in the early 1800's.

Thanks to great research from cousins - Thomas, Jesus and Richard, and some others - we are stuck at this point.
Thomas was born around 1768 and Alice around 1767/ They came to Canada with a family of 5 children or more around the early 1800's (1825-1840).
Patrick born in 1803 - married Bridget McKenna (1795) in 1835 in Quebec City.
John b1808 married Hannan McCrea b 1817 in St. Sylvestre, Quebec.
Mary b1807 married Phillip Cosgrove b 1807
Edward b 1809 married Marguerite Fitzpatrick of Donegal
Thomas (2)b 1810 married Isabella Cleary b1817 of Donegal

Anyone able to help out would be appreciated.
Jim MORAN
