from the "Providence (RI) Journal" 7/18/07:
McKENNA, MADELINE F., 81, of Circuit Dr., Riverside, R.I., died Monday, July 16, 2007 at Miriam Hospital. She was the wife of Joseph A. McKenna, Jr. to whom she was married for 59 years.
She was born in Rehoboth,Mass., a daughter of the late Patrick and Margaret (Hennessey) Walsh. She was a fantastic wife and mother.
Besides her husband, Mrs. McKenna leaves three daughters, Christine Bingham, Coleen Welch and Kerri Lemos; one son, Joseph McKenna; one sister, Margaret Greaves and four grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Paul McKenna.
Her funeral and burial will be private.
Arrangements by the PERRY-McSTAY FUNERAL HOME.
