Cindy: In Ellen Jane McKelvey's book, The Story Of The McKelvey's In America, she starts with James and Sarah McKelvey who emigrated from Ireland before the American Revolution. On the contents page she list their children and grandchildren.John - Robert - Sarah - Martha - Lettice - William (my ancestor) - James - Elizabeth - Mary. Mary married John McKinley. She had a daughter, Sarah, who married Alex Henderson. There is no follow up on this information in the text of her book. Sarah and Alex Henderson's names are the only thing that fits.
