A McKelvie site

Please have a look at this site. The name McKelvie or McKelvey can come from two Gaelic sources, Mac Giolla Bhuidhe (or Mac Gille Bhuidhe in Scotland), or Mac Shealbhaigh.
This site mentions the fact that Mac Giolla Bhuidhe was recorded in Donegal in the Annals of the Four Masters in the 12th century. Mac Shealbhaigh is more Scottish.
Bill McKelvie.
