In the preceeding entry I said that James McKellar's second wife was Salllie McColl. This is a mistake. James McKellar married Margaret J. Currie after the death of his first wife Flora Catherine McEachern and he and Margaret had the following children:
John Edward McKellar b 1880 d 1947 buried Alloway Cemetery Red Springs - wife Flora Alice
James Addison b 1882 died 1940 buried Alloway Cemetery
Luther B b 1886 d 1932 Alloway Cemetery
Ella M 1878-1885 Lebanon Cemetery buried next to James her father
The John McKellar (G4)died 1852 was married to Ann, died leaving a wife and 7 children.
Census of 1860 Ann and children still together with James A. McDaniel living on farm.
Ann later married James A. McDaniel.They have no children.

R. Wellington known as "Well" McKellar
are all children of Adeline McKellar.
Group (1) Dewey, Frank, and Julion are children of Kemper McKellar and Lottie. She later married a Royals.

Edward McKellar age 20 and Kemper McKellar age 21 are living with James A. McDaniel age 64. Listed as his stepsons but they are really his stepgrandsons.
