I often refer to your notes from your website. I have to admit that I manage to confuse myself with all the Donalds and Dugalds.

I descend from Alexander McKeithan through his son Writman McKeithan who married Abigail Carlisle. The name had been corrupted and passed down in family tradition as McKisson which threw us off the track a few times during years of researching.

I do wish you would consider writing a book or another long essay laying out the early NC McKeithans as you see them. Your research notes are excellent and you seem to add to them frequently. Steve Strickland, 1039 Seven Springs Circle, Marietta, GA 30068
