I don't know where to start this message, but now that I have started here goes. I was just going through a book "Pennsyvania Society Sons of The American Revolution, circa 1956 while I was looking for some info for a cousin out in California. While reading out jumps (James Edwin McKee) SAR # 2489, I would like to get in touch with this man's family his son's name is Soverign Mckee or any grandchildren. Soverign Mckee was an aid to General Douglas MacArthur during WWII. If anyone out there knows if this was Mr. James E. McKee the Eastern representative for the Erie Forge and Steel Corporation I would like to get a message from you. I believe that you will know if this is the same James E. McKee if so I have other info to exchange IE -John Mckee (Private Cumberland County Pa. Militia) John born 1757 died Feb 17,1847. Also there is a David Hindman (Private 1st Pa. line) in this family. Hope this info will be of some help of someone out there.
