None of those names seem familiar in what I have. Although, my cousin was researching in Salt Lake City and came across a microfilmed McKee Bible. I couldn't make a connection with it directly to my John McKee. There are no place names in it, but the Bible was published in Philadelphia in 1834. If you are interested contact me privately and send me your mailing address and I'll photocopy and send it to you.
