I am trying to find the lineage of Robert McKee father of LT Thompson McKee of Washington County, TN. Thompson married Phedora L Dulaney 4 Dec 1851. Their children are:
Robert McFarland McKee 1852 – 1922
Vina Jane McKee 1854 –
Jefferson McKee 1855 –
Ephraim McKee 1856 –
Samuel McKee 1861 – 1938
Lemuel Roosevelt McKee 1863 – 1905
Alvin Bruce McKee 1866 – 1942
Fedora McKee Kyker 1868 – 1915
Ester Annie McKee 1870 – 1946
Jerome Alexander McKee 1875 – 1952

I believe Robert McKee was born in Pennsylvania or Orange County, NC and his father might be Alexander McKee and Mary McKee. I have an old record of a McKee family tree that lists the following as children of Robert McKee but I have not confirmed this completely (with the exception of Thompson W):
Ewen Y McKee 1810 – 1849
Eliza McKee 1811 – 1839
Euphrasia Adelaide McKee 1814 – 1857
James Perry McKee 1816 – 1891
Robert McFarland McKee 1818 – 1887
Alfred Alexander McKee 1820 – 1845
John Carter McKee 1821 – 1890
Rebecca Jan McKee 1825 –
***Thompson William LT McKee 1828 – 1882
William M McKee 1831 – 1870
Evaline McKee 1834 – 1870
Margaret McKee 1836 – 1900
Robert McKee fought in the war of 1812 and received a pension of $15.
His wife was possibly Susan Clark? daughter of John Clark. But I have not been able to confirm this with any of the children listed.
