Family Tree DNA has a sale for the next few days until Thursday, July 21st. Any person that is wanting to do Y-DNA (males) or mtDNA testing (females) -- NOW is the time to get it done! Big savings on Family Finder but the results are pretty well confined to you and only 4-5 prior generations. So, if anyone you are wanting to find out about is beyond that time period, please order kits for Y-DNA or mtDNA.

I copied the above from the Rutherford Co NC Forum. Seemed to say it all very well and in a few words.

If you would like more informaton about this sale during the few days left please contact me here and I will help you with further detail.

This is the chance for the male or female McKee to test their various DNA for family history work and Family Finder can really help out in your long term search for all your surnames you are working on.

Linda McKee, Volunteer Admin for FTDNA McKEE Group which includes all variations of the spelling McKie, MacKie, MacKey and McGee, Kee, etc*

*One of the HUGH benefits with Family Tree DNA is the choice to join as many surname or location groups as your yDNA results will justify.
