Hello, Glad to hear from you. Do you have your lineage going back in time from your grandfather Ambrose Edward McKee? I would really like to know about any family history you have gathered from your folks.

Happens a very nice lady, Judy Artley, responded to this same query when I posted same on the Alameda Co CA Forum at message 941 on this site we are on. (If you type Alameda Co CA in the blank box at the right above the date it will take you to that board and then you can type the message number in the box where it shows current message number and go to message 941. I give you those directions because I see that you have not posted previously and assume you may be new to this GenForum.)

For other searchers seeing this post, the response on the Alameda Co CA board takes this Ambrose Edward McKee back to the same location where my husband's Ambrose McKee Family are also living in Missouri and, also, is the same location of the McKee family member who wrote "The Book of McKee".
