First there is John McKee the founder of McKeesport. I believe he would be Hiram B Sinclair's grandfather. He was buried in the old grave yard located someplace in downtown McKeesport.
It was very small and they wanted to have a new graveyard. This is when Versailles was built. It's around 1857 and one of the very first families in the graveyard were the Myers fmaily of Henry Myers the Wagon Maker from Baltimore. Some bodies were shipped brom Baltimore by train. Everyone has a number and Number 1 is the first body at Versailles. Henry Myers and family are numbers 22 through 26 or so. Since Hiram B Sinclairs grandfather Samuel Sinclair was from Baltimore, they are buried next to Henry Myers. The Sinclairs were also moved from the local downtown graveyard to Versailles.
John McKee, the same thing. He was moved from the local graveyard downtown to Versailles overlooking McKeesport.
Alexander McKees family are buried at Allegheny Cemetery. Alexander Mckee like Simon Girty was said to be a Tory against the Revolution. At this point the Crawfords of McKeesport enter the Picture.
I have more on this and your right, I have 100's of pounds of records on McKeesport and it's people including George Washington, Christopher Gist and Jacob Myers notes on Queen Alliquippa. Queen Alliquippa's camp was about 25 ft from where John McKees is now buried. That lot is called the Queen Alliquippa lot and no one is buried in that lot if I can believe the cemetery caretakers.
Again this all leads back to Prince Frederick Lewis and his wife Augusta.
