I just want to point out it's not an issue for people from Pittsburgh to walk to Rockbridge VA. Also, that people in McKeesport might be related to various families in Rockbridge VA. That the people in McKeesport had access to good French shoes made by some Catholic shoemakers from France. Remember Col Alexander Hamilton along with Catholic General Lafayette were both aids to General George Washignton at the same time. George Washington was another guy who liked to hang out in McKeesport. Let say it was not a mistake to call Versailles Cemetery, Versailles Cemetery.

I believe it all has to do with Pioneer John Lewis of Augusta VA and Prince Frederick Lewis and his wife Augusta.
