John McKee and the Sinclair family of Mckeesport
I am trying to sort out families at the Versailles Cemetery in McKeesport.I visit the cemetery at least once a month.John McKee the founder of Mckeesport is buried at the highest location in the old section of Versailles Cemetery.About 100 ft from John McKee in lot E-35 is his sister Elizabeth McKee and her husband Samuel Sinclair. Also buried in the lot is their son Hiram B Sinclair.
The next lot over in E-34 is a Myers family from Baltimore.I know they are from Baltimore because Henry Myers shipped his parents from a grave site in Baltimore to Versailles. The shipping records are at the cemetery office.
I believe this is Henry Myers the Wagon maker from Baltimore who moved his business from Baltimore to Mckeesport in 1847 to complete a Government order of Wagons for the War with Mexico.
I was wondering if anyone would know about the relationship between these three families.
