Is there any one out there that can help me?
My great great grandparents were Elzy and
Narcissia Whistlehunt Freeman. Their daughter
Tennessee Caroline Freeman married William
Turner Johnson, my great grandparents. Their
son George Franklin Johnson married Mary
Agnes Hayes. I was told by an aunt that she
could remember when her parents would get
into a spat she (Mary Agnes) would laugh at
his grandmother's name WHISTLEHUNT and he
in return would tell her it sounded as good
as hers WITHERSPOON and that is all I have
to go on. Mary Agnes parents were James (Jim)
Hays and Nancy Caroline Bizzell. Her grand
parents were Martin and Mary Margaret McKee
Bizzell and her greatgrand parents were
Thomas and Civil Grantham Bizzell. I don,t
know where the Witherspoon could hav come in.
If any one can add anything no matter how
little to this puzzle, please help me.
