I have almost no information on him - only handwritten family records from my grandmother and other family members. What I KNOW is this:
Ann Elizabeth McKee (1827-1919) and William Fraeme McKee (1824-1875) were brother and sister - the children of Andrew McKee and Elizabeth Tittle. Andrew and Elizabeth were probably married about 1820 - estimating Andrew's birthdate no earlier than 1800.
Elizabeth (1803 - 1877)was the daughter of James Tittle and Ann Fraeme, Unity Township, Westmoreland, PA.
When William Fraeme McKee left Pennsylvania at the age of 27 in 1851 he left from Brady's Bend, Armstrong, PA - and I know that Ann Elizabeth McKee - who married Robert Ray of Butler, PA - left for California from Oil City, Venango, PA in 1868 with Elizabeth Tittle McKee. I am assuming that Andrew - who never made the trip - had died prior to her leaving - before 1868.
