I'm interested in knowing more on a Robert McKee and Mary Waggoner both of Mississippi, have no idea what part of Miss.
I found death cert.'s on 2 daughters that I know about, one named Georgia McKee who never married, born 11-8-1869 in Miss., died July 18,1936 at age 66 in Memphis, TN at Baptist Hosp., informant was Landrum, address for both was 1411 N. Parkway in Memphis.
other daughter was Mary Ethel McKee who marr. a Landrum but haven't found a marr. record for her, she was born Apr. 30, 1874 in Miss., died Dec. 26, 1936, age 62 in Memphis, TN, widow, informant was J.S. Landrum, both addresses were 1411 N. Parkway, Memphis...
both of these above daughters appear on the 1920 Shelby Co. TN census on Saxon Ave. at the Ella Oliver Refuge...
I had thought the above Georgia McKee was my g.g.gr.mother but she wasn't, my Georgia was a Jones and married Thomas B. McKee in Shelby Co. on the 13 Jan. 1887...my Thomas B. McKee died in Feb. 1909 in Shelby Co. I'm interested if maybe this above Georgia McKee and Mary Ethel McKee Landrum might have been sisters to my Thomas B. McKee who was also born in Miss. but I have no idea where in Miss., he is my brick wall for going further back on my McKee tree.
I also found a death cert. for a Mrs. Ethel Elizabeth Landrum, address was 1563 N. Parkway, Memphis, no birth date, age 36 when died on Jan. 26, 1934, married, informant was J.S. Landrum at same address whom I'm sure was her hubby...has her born in Louisiana, parents were B.S. McKee born in LA, mother was Helen, no maiden name, also born in LA, also has her buried in New Orleans, LA..
So if you recognize and know anything about any of the above people I sure would like some help on from whence they came, many thanks, Kay...
