Dear Michael,
Hi! I have 2 Thomas McKee's in my line too, so your post started me wondering. If I can figure it right, my Thomas Sr. would be the correct generation to be the father of your Judge Thomas. However, I have no other substantiating information, because my line comes down from Thomas Sr. through a son, John. I know that John's father was Thomas, his mother Mary _____, and his siblings: brothers Robert and Thomas. The locations for these folks started in N. Ireland, then PA. My McKees eventually ended up in western OH, in the generation after John.
Think this lines up at all?
