Have any of you all come across a Jacob McKee, b. 1781 somewhere in SC. Jacob moved through Georgia and I believe died in Randolph County Alabama in the 1860s. John and Samuel are names carried through the family and I believe Jacob had brothers named both. I feel their parents were a John and Martha McKee, but I have yet to prove it. I believe they were part of the Scot-Irish settlement in Oglethorpe county Georgia.

Any information would be appreciated.

Mark McKee
