McKees of Union County, SC, 1800s

In the Fairforest area of Union County, SC, Jane N. Means, a daughter of James and Isabella (Simpson) Means, married a Mr. McKee sometime probably in the late 1820s, and both were dead by 1839. They had at least two children, Sarah McKee (1829-1859), and Moses W. McKee (1831-1859). In January 1848, Sarah McKee went to Gwinnett County, GA, to visit her grandmother (name unknown) in the home of a Dr. Russell and also in the home was W.W. Russell, who was her cousin. (From an 1848 letter I have.) I'd like to know the name of the McKee man who married Jane N. Means.

Also, there was a Nancy McKee (1800-1877) of the same area who married Robert Beaty, Jr. (1800-1890), and her sister, Narcissa McKee, married Samuel Otterson. They were the daughters of Alexander McKee who died before 1832 in York County, SC.

Is it possible that Alexander McKee may have had a son who married Jane N. Means, or did Alexander have a May-December marriage to Jane N. Means?

Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.
