I am searching for a Garfield McGee, a cousin of my Grandmother Sarah McKeown McMurdie. Sarah was born in Ballylough, Billy Parish, Co. Antrim in 1873 so I am assuming that Garfield was in the same time frame. Garfield joined the Royal Navy as a cabin boy at the age of 14 and retired as a Lt. on December, 1924. His mother was Margaret, siblings were William, Jennie and Charlotte. The family lived in Bangor at least during the period of 1900-1912. Garfield and Sarah corresponded for many years. I would certainly like to find relatives of this gentleman as it would fit some more pieces of the family puzzle.
