I have a Thomas Jefferson McKee born in 1814 in SC who moved his family first to Randolph Vo, AL and then was in Newton Co, MS by 1860 living very near the present border with Neshoba Co. He had a brother John, but I have no info on when or where he was born. It could be that TJ moved to be near family already living there. This is just speculation of course. GMT
