Is there any evidence that Robert McKee had a middle initial 'R.'? I think this is possibly a misreading of his mark, rather than a middle initial. The years given for his children should be regarded as approximate, as they are mostly derived from ages given in the censuses. I think there is a date for the son Benjamin, in 1807, from his gravestone.
