Mary Ellen Winick first married (--)McKee sometime & somewhere before 1860. Their only child, my g-grandfather Ralph Clarence McKee was born in 1860 somewhere in IL. Censuses report (--)McKee was born in IRELAND. Other than where he was born I know nothing more about my gg-grandfather McKee... but would very much like to know who his parents & sibling were, and where in Ireland he was born - and when he entered America. Hard task without a given name!!

Mary Ellen was born somewhere in PA the 31st of March 1835. Her surname 'Winick' was found in a family Bible. Can anyone help me find her parents. The censuses report her mother was born in ENGLAND and her father Winick was born in PA. Mary Ellen Winick, McKee, Ritter, Hibbs died in 1903 in Allen Co, KS.

Something happened to McKee and she married Jacob Ritter, probably in IL. They had 2 children, Lydia Jane Ann and Ross O, born before 1870 in IL, probably in or near McLean Co.

Mary Ellen moved to KS between 1870 & 1875 with her children. I don't know what happened to Jacob Ritter. In Jan of 1878, in Allen Co, KS, she married Samuel Hibbs as his second wife. He had children born in McLean Co, IL. Her 2 Ritter children married 2 of his children in KS.

My g-grandfather, Ralph Clarence McKee married Mary Ann Follis; divorced, then married her sister Sarah Augusta Follis, my g-grandmother. Both marriages were in KS.

I would appreciate any clue anyone can give me.
