Dear Susan, I too come from Charlotte and Joseph, and am trying to find info on Charlotte. I have also heard this story that Clayburn has reported....but the last thing I have gotten is that she was the "bastard" child of Captain William McKee and was given to the David Robinson family. Nice, huh? No word on William and his family or who Charlotte's mother was...also there might have been a little brother who was given to the Robinson's. If you find anything out, please let me know...can't just leave Charlotte with no family history! Ronnie
