I have information on the David Mckee born about 1730/1740
in Ireland.I have he married Rebecca Irwin abt 1755.They had as children,James,William-born abt 1760/1769 in Ireland,David(my ancestor)born abt 1760/1769 in Ireland,
Joseph born about 1765 in Ireland,John born abt 1772 in
Ireland,George born abt 1776 in Ireland and Elizabeth born
in Ireland.My direct ancestor David Mckee married Jane Means who died on Feb 11 1876. I have that they had one son David S Mckee,born Jan 19.1819 Died May 8,1871.He was
married to Julia A Craig,born July 11,1821 in Pa. They were
married on Feb 13,1845. They are both buried in a small old
cemetary in North Huntingdon township,Pa.(westmoreland county)I visit there often.
They had seven children,Matilda Jane born Dec 4,1845 in
Pa.,David R (My direct desendant)born Oct 1847,in Pa,William
A.born Aug 2,1851,Joseph O born Oct 9,1853,James Means born
March 12,1855,George Thomas born Oct 29,1856,and Annie M.
born March 21,1867.
David R. married Catharine McClure born abt 1853 in Pa on
Nov 11,1875.I have more if your interested. I also have a
hugh book of old photos of the Mckees but I have no idea
who they are. They book was given to an Anna Mckee by her
mother on Christmas Day 1886.There are about 52 photos in
this book from the 1800s.
