Hi Sharon. Can't say too much for sure just yet. From on-line info and what you sent me, it certainly looks like Warden Daugherty and Joel Dougherty did marry Dunbar women in 1832 and 1836, respectively. However, it seem likely to me that these were a different Elizabeth and Margaret Dunbar than the Lynn Township, Posey County Dunbars. When I get a look at the probate and will data, perhaps I will know more for certain. Do you have any other data that confirms relationships between the Orange County Dunbars and the Posey County ones?
