Anyone think they may have a link to Alexander McKee living in Belfast in the 1850s? He had a son, also called Alexander and supposedly worked as a sculptor on the Albert memorial. The family belonged to Duncairn Presbyterian and Alexander Jnr had an upholstery shop in Carlisle Circus. Alex. Jnr married Mabel and had 7 children.
