From time to time there have been queries on this forum concerning the McKees of Jefferson County, NY, descendants of Andrew and Jerusha (Voss) McKee of this thread. I recently came across a listing of the 1st 3 generations of descendants of this couple (plus a 4th for descendants of grandson Appleton McKee) which was published in The Nebraska and Midwest Genealogical Record (Lincoln, Nebr., v.2, n. 1 (Jan 1924)).

I was particularly interested in seeing lists of the children of the 3 McKee brothers (sons of Robert McKee) who settled in Jefferson County, NY: Andrew, Appleton, and James.
My husband is descended from Andrew3 (1758-1842(Robert2, Andrew1)) and his wife Hannah Hills McKee, through their daughter Hannah McKee, wife of Daniel Hills. During a recent visit to the Flower Memorial Library in Watertown, Jefferson, NY, I came across some additional information concerning marriages of the following daughters of Andrew and Hannah (Hills) McKee: Hannah married Daniel Hills, Jerusha married Stephen Cooley, Statira (or Statia) married an unknown Pratt, Laura married Jonathan Stevens, and Eliza married Jared Green. Although I do not have dates for these women, I assume that they were all probably born between 1780 and 1800. This information was handwritten in a typescript copy of Revolutionary War service abstracts and initialed by Junia Stanton, now deceased, but probably verified by her during the time she was head of the Genealogy Dept at Flower Memorial Library.
