Hi, David, I finally found these records, but they aren't what you're loking for I don't think. They are so interesting, I guess I just want to turn them over to someone. I know when I find mine, it will just be more poor farmers, l2 kids, and maybe an indian fighter.
There is s much of this, and a scanner won't work on Web
TV, so a thmb nail sketch:
John McKee, lst wife killed in ind. massacre, l763 at Carr's Creek, Ky., I think. Their children:James, Wm., Robert, David, Mariam, Mary and ??.
Robert McKee md. Margaret, dtr. of Robert Hamilton and Margaret McKee.
It keeps going until they get into the Wallace family, an since all the menin my family wear Wallace for a middle name, I know they connect with my family, also Robinson and Wilson.
David lost his wife and marrd in l795, Jane Jack, had four kid: Margaret, Mary, James b. l802 and Robert.
The whole family had Pa. Virg., and Ky. homes. Some counties are Rockbridge, Augusta Va., Woodford Co. and Jessamine. A strong link to Hamiltons and Col. and Capt. Daviess. Revol. officers.
I don't see anything I can connect with, and if you see anything here that is in your record, ask questions.
Sorry. Donna
