Jennie Beatrice McKee/McKey married John Thomas Brown-My Mother's Mother & Dad. They are both buried at Old Panther Cemetery in McCurtain, OK. My Mother is 87 & I have been trying to find out all I can about her Mother & Father & their Parents for about 10 years now. Their was so many children that some of them were raised with relatives or friends like Austin & Laura's children & did not really get to know her Parents very well or her Grandparents. Hearing from you is a God send, I am going into the hospital Tuesday for a brain tumor & this gave me hope of finding out some more for my Mother. I was born in McCurtain, OK- March 21, 1933. My Mother brought us out to CA in 1941, as she & my Father were divorced. Do you by chance know Laura's Maiden Name? I have the death certificates for Laura Ethel Gammel, Winnie Mae Hulsey, William Arthur McKee/McKey. Cannot seem to find the Death Certificate for Jennie & John Thomas, but know for a fact that Jennie & Thomas are buried at Old Panther Cemetery. None of the Certificates have names of Mother & Father. Would like to hear from you & see if you have anything else to add & if I can help you. Was told by my Mother that she was told that Austin & Laura died of an epidemic. Please answer as soon as possible. So very thankful to hear from you. Do you know if the McKee/McKeys had Indian Blood, My Mother is dark, dark blue eyes & did have dark black hair, gray now of course. Jennie died in child birth of Carlene Brown. All of my Mother's Siblings are gone now, my Mother really misses them. Thank You so much. Lee
