okay - Rockingham, NC in Richmond County - we have relatives from there - there is the McIntyre cemetery - a small one off Freeman Mill Road and Ballard St. - where Samuel C. Freeman is buried - his wife was Margaret Ann McIntyre but Margaret was buried in the Mary Love Cemetery as Margaret Saunders - she had remarried.Near Samuel is his father William Freeman and then Willie Willoughby and Polly M. Willoughby.Polly's name was Polly Jolly so we think the M may stand for McIntyre - we don't know. But Margaret Ann McIntyre who was born in 1843 was the daughter of Duncan McIntyre and Emma? Harris or Harrison - I get that from Margaret's death certificate and her mother's name is hard to read.Duncan and his wife may be a clue to your Emman McIntyre - I could use some help on that one myself. We know that Duncan's father was Charles McIntyre and his father was Christopher McIntyre - information from daddy's Gaelic Bible.
