Hi Annie, I am John's niece. He is one of six siblings - brothers, Malcolm (my dad) who died in 1986, Don (died recently - November 08) Ian (died late 90's, and sisters Myrna who died in the late 70's and Johns only surving sibling, Elizabeth, who still resides in Broken Hill.
I spoke with Uncle John on the 22nd November and again a few days later but had been unable to contact him since then. Unfortunately we have now been informed of his passing. He was a wonderful man whom I dearly loved. Please thank your family.
