Allen and Catherine McINNES arrived in Australia 1839 aboard the "Alfred ."
Catherine was the first white woman on the Darling Downs...her son Donald (1843)was the first white child born in the area.They also had a daughter Sarah.......
Would like to hear from anyone researching this family.
