Hi. I'm Jim McInnes. My full name is James Malcolm McInnes. I live in San Diego, California.
I was born in Detroit on November 3, 1946. My father was Arthur Ross McInnes, also from Detroit. He was born November 2, 1919, the son of a Canadian named Hugo Malcolm McInnes. My great-grandfather was also named Arthur Ross McInnes and was also Canadian. My brother is Richard Eric McInnes, also from Detroit and born on February 26, 1948.
I am a professional broadcaster, currently writing and reading the news for 760 KFMB radio in San Diego.
Do I have any relatives here?
My mom researched her side of our family back to the 15th Century, but over on Dad's side, almost all my relatives are gone.
I am eager to hear from any and all McInneses!
Please help me fill in the rest of my family's history before I shuffle off this mortal coil (how fancy is that phrase?)
