Finally the McHugh branch gives me this info.
John McHugh wed Ann Jane Walsh
John McHugh from County Mayo
Born Sept 23 1881 died 1927
Ann Jane Walsh from County Sligo
Born Nov 22 1887 died Feb 1976
They are the parents of John McHugh who wed Marie Bridget Hurley in 1940 July 30 at St Genevieve Church in Chicago,Cook County, IL.
There has to be a point where it gets easier as you go back in time I hope because the Churches wont answer letters & the Archdiocese refuses to look up records for Churches still open today. .
So with info from memorial cards & bits from family HELP HELP HELP.
The cemeteris are most helpful to me THEY ANSWER.
You guys are the only ones out there who are willing to help me.
Anything like obits, deaths, marriages is more than I have now.
