McHarg in Co. Down, Northern Ireland? 1700-1800s

My last name was sometimes mis-transcribed as McHarg. I've found these McHarg listings near our ancestral origin in County Down, Northern Ireland, on the Ards Peninsula, which on a clear day is within site of Wigtownshire, Scotland:

Mrs. Ann McHARG . Greyabbey d. 1835 aged 89; mother of Elizabeth Lowdon; grandmother of Robert; parish graveyard MIs .
Thomas McHARG . Donaghadee d. 16 Feb 1800 aged 88; husband of Margaret; father of Mary & John; parish graveyard MIs

Can anyone claim these as McHargs?
