As I understand it my Alexander came over during the Rev. War. My other relations that came with him were: Robert Allison, Patrick McCaig Jr., and John Starr. Alexander had a son Wm. McHarg Sr./ married Margaret Allison, then came Wm. McHarg Jr./married Margaret McCaig, then cameJoseph Stockton McHarg/married Martha Groom,then came George Alfred McHarg/marriedMollie Caviness.
