Joe:

I am Joseph McHale, born in Scranton and raised at Olyphant. My dad, Joseph McHale, was born in Scranton and died there. His father was Joseph McHale, who passed on at the beginning of the 20th Century at Scranton. He was a barber. My dad was a highway engineer for State of Pennsylvania, known best by his nickname "Dusty". My great-grandfather was, I believe, "Michael McHale". Michael had one son (my Grandfather) and at least two daughters.

More if you need. Also, there is a street in Scranton named after a McHale. Don't know the story behind it.

Regards,

Joe
