I am searching for informaiton on Patrick McGuire, his son Richard McGuire and Richards son Robert T McGuire:

Patrick McGuire b 1740 Dublin Ireland, came to Charles Towne SC in 1764, d 1834.I have not found the name of his wife in America. One source says he was married to Prudence O'Malley and they had two sons. She died before he came to America and brought both sons with him. Can find no record of these in a listing of Patrick's children, just a family legend?

Richard McGuire b 1787 NC, d 1867 NC. May have had three wives; Elizabeth McBryde, Nancy Church, Fannie Church. Differing information on sequence of wives. Both Nancy and Fannie are probably first cousins, granddaughters of John Yankee Church.

Robert T McGuire b 1821 Ashe Co NC, d 1888 Ashe co NC. Differing informaiton on his mother. Some sources say it was Fannie but others say it was Nancy and she died shortly after giving birth to Robert T.

I am trying to find acceptable documentation to link these three generations. Acceptable documentation=documentaiton acceptable to the Sons of the American Revolution and Daughters of the American Revolution. As a Revolutionary War Soldier, enlisted in 1780 in the NC Continental Line in Rowan Co.He fought in at least two battles.

Any and all help on this will be greatly appreciated.
