I have a Julia "McGinnuess" listed as a sponsor in 1865 on a list of baptisms in Kilmurry-Ibrickane,Co. Clare. Have never seen this name, thought it might be mispelling of McGuinness. Other surnames on list are Lynch, McKnight, Nugent, Kelley, Donnellan & Frawley. Since sponsors were often relatives or close neighbors, thought this may be of help to someone working on McGuinness.
