Looking for any information on the McGuigans of Hillsborough County Down. Peter born c.1805 and married Margaret Reavey. Had five children: Alexander [lived and died Belfast], Peter born Ireland and to Kempton Illinois USA, Charles, James and Margaret all born in Ontario Canaada between 1843 and 1849.
Peter joined the British Army in 1827, when he was about 21 years old and took his pension in Ontario Canada.

Need any information on the branch of the family in Ireland. Thank you.
