I do not descend from a James McGuffin, but have ancestor John McLeod who came with his younger brother Caesar from Borrisokane, Co. Tipperary, Ireland, to the London, Ontario, Canada area in 1819. Caesar married Sarah "Sally" McGuffin, born County Armagh, Ireland. Sally's mother Sarah McGuffin is supposed to have been the widow of a James McGuffin who died in the U.S. before she went to Canada. What can you tell me about the James McGuffin who was brother to Hugh and John?
