I am looking for info on Finley's child, also named Finley, who may have been the youngest child of Finley and Elizabeth Sharrock McGrew. His second marriage was to my maternal great great grandmother, Carrie Viola Chapman. They married in 1892. There is evidence that Finley had a child by an earlier marriage when he married Carrie, but we have no information on his first marriage. Evidently Finley deserted Carrie not long after the marriage, his whereabouts never known, nor that of his child. I have found a Finley McGrew's death certificate from 1917, indicating he died of liver cancer in Steuben Co., Indiana. I am assuming that this is the same individual. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
